BH9 postcodes and local hospitals are entitled to FREE delivery, please select this option at checkout.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 for on-line orders to 'BH' postcodes.
You can also order online and collect. You can select this option at checkout.
Items for delivery start from £20. Items for collection can be any price you choose.

Just before check out you may specify AM or PM delivery preferences in the 'comments box' on the bottom left of the page, and we will do our very best to deliver within this time. Funeral and wedding deliveries do take priority. Otherwise if you have no preference, flowers will be delivered during our shop opening hours.
What if the recipient is not in?
If there is a safe place (like a porch) we will leave the flowers there and put a delivery note through the door. If not, we will leave them with a neighbour and again, post an explanatory note. If neither of these options are available and we cannot get through to the recipient's phone number or one has not been provided, then we will take them back to our shop. We may try again later if we are passing, or the recipient can organise for redelivery or collection at a suitable time. (Note: there may be an additional charge.)
If we have been supplied with incorrect delivery or recipient information we will contact you as soon as possible. Please supply your or the recipient's phone number to help us. If we are unable to deliver due to this, there may be an additional re-delivery charge of £4.99 payable by phone or paypal, or the recipient can collect anytime from our store.
What if I would like to see the actual flowers that I am sending, but I am not in the area?
If you put in a request by email, phone or the comments box for on-line orders, we can take a picture of your arrangement and either post it on our Facebook page 'Forevergreen Florists' or email it to you. We offer this as a free service, as we know firsthand how hard it is if you are not in the country or live far away, and you're sending flowers.
Can I collect items instead?
Yes! We can make bouquets for any price, and you can collect during our opening hours. If you need us to open a little earlier or a little later, just ask, we try our best to be accommodating and we are often around preparing flowers anyway! You can call us and pre-order, or order online and select the 'Collection' option at checkout.
Funeral Delivery Information:
Funeral tributes will be delivered to the undertakers at least 2 hours before the time of the funeral, so you don't have to worry.
Upon check out please include the following information in the 'comments box' on the bottom left:
- Funeral date and time
- Name of the deceased
- Your card message (which will be attached in a clear plastic envelope)
We are also able to deliver tributes to a home address, a numbered grave or the crematorium if so preferred.
